Returning an Item Within 30 Days
A return request may be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be considered eligible for return, the item must:

Show no evidence of use, washing, modification, or damage
Be accompanied by the order confirmation or another acceptable proof of purchase
Uebnzns™ may decline a return when the merchandise does not satisfy these requirements.

After approving the request, our customer service team will confirm the correct return address and send you the applicable mailing instructions. A package returned without advance contact and authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your phone accessories soon after receiving the package. If an item arrives damaged, has a defect, or differs from what you ordered, notify us as quickly as possible.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Exchanges 🔁
If you prefer a different phone accessory, first complete an approved return of the original item. You may then place a new, separate order for the product you want.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
Customers whose orders are delivered within the European Union may have the right to cancel or return a purchase for any reason within 14 days after delivery, without providing an explanation.
The product must remain unused, be kept in its original packaging, and include valid proof of purchase.
Return Inspection and Refund Processing
Once the returned merchandise reaches us, Uebnzns™ will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Additional time may be required for your bank, card issuer, or other financial institution to credit the funds to your account.
