Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

Before returning any item, you must contact Uebnzns™ so we can review your request, determine eligibility, and provide authorization, return instructions, and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an address not provided by our support team may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Unless an item was received defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law, returned phone accessories must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.

All included components, cables, attachments, manuals, documentation, and original packaging must be returned with the item. Valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded for health, hygiene, safety, personalization, or product-integrity reasons. These may include customized goods, opened hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, final-sale products, and products expressly identified as non-returnable. Applicable exclusions will be stated on the product page or communicated before approval.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If the claim is validated, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law and store policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs for preference-based returns, including change of mind or incorrect selection. If Uebnzns™ confirms that an item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, we will provide the appropriate resolution and instructions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times vary by payment provider or financial institution. Where permitted, deductions may apply for missing components, excessive use, damage, alteration, or loss in value.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on inventory. In some cases, the fastest option is to return an eligible item and place a new order after approval.

Order Cancellations

Submit cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.
